Population? Our Earth is buckling under

A crisis is asunder

7 billion people

The balance today not equal

Rivers, lakes and seas polluted

We need too much that’s not refuted

Just 40 years into the future

9 billion will live within our cultures

Stop the babies we need to say

Contraception every day

Maybe then there will be enough to go round

And the World will turn to a happier sound!
