This is a little caption about me. I am a 63 year old widow currently living in Wales where I have lived with my husband and son since 1979. My hubby passed away 10 years ago and then I began to write. I have written several essays and have had a book published by the mental health publishers chipmunkapublishing.co.uk. I follow Dr Peter Breggin a psychiatrist in New York and also Robert Whitaker’s website Mad In America. I like to draw cartoons about my every day life living with mental illness and am having an exhibition at my local library next March 2020. I have feminist values and used to be an activist in my early 20s in Manchester UK and was raised there by my two parents and i have one brother still alive and one sister living in America.
